SHIPPING & DELIVERY

GENERAL INFO

We deliver to the following countries:

Europe: all countries in the European Union (EU), Switzerland, and Norway

America: the United States (USA), Canada

Asia & Oceania: China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand

All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Poland, Europe.

All international shipments are done via UPS or national postal services (USPS, Deutsche Post, La Poste, Royal Mail, etc.)

COSTS

The shipping fees will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes before you submit your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time per region:

We endeavor to ship all orders within 3-5 working days. During busier periods it may take up to 7 days. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

EU: 3-10 days (Mon-Fri)

International: 3-14 days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery times are guidelines (for standard shipping) only. Deliveries to remote destinations are not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified time-frame.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks are needed to verify a payment - this may delay an order.

TRACKING

Follow your order:

We use tracked shipping methods so you can check the status of your package.

Once your parcel has been leaving our warehouse, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via E-Mail.

This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, we have limited control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. 

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

 

RETURNS

We have a generous 30-day return policy for our products, allowing customers to return items within this timeframe. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We strive to provide high-quality products at affordable prices, and covering return shipping costs would significantly impact our ability to offer competitive prices. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you continue to enjoy our products.
